Our Heaven-in-View Ministry is a Drug Resource Center and incorporated in the State of New Jersey.  This ministry was founded by the late, Neil W. Bullock.  A program reaching out to the community to educate people concerning the HIV Disease.  This program also teaches on different illegal drugs and the negative affects it produces in the body and mind.  This program is meant to effectively inform people with the truth concerning this epidemic that faces this society today.  Testing is available and held in a strict confidential atmosphere in accordance with the Laws of New Jersey.
